dM's Handmade Beauty Brunch with HBN member, author, mother, entrepreneur, wife and fellow handmade beauty products junkie (not necessarily in that order!) dM welcomed and introduced Lisa (pictured at left with dM).

We enjoyed a book reading in which Lisa (pictured at right) shared with us a heartfelt look at her life and business. She read from the days when her home was filled with mixers of her popular lotions and potions, and what it was like for her to learn how to own and manage a business while also looking after two small children. Lisa energized all of us with her unique "from the hip" style, and her passion for her work was contagious and inspiring! Participants left with an awakened sense of purpose and drive to excel in their own ways in life and business.
