Chris Farella, Esq.
Chris helps companies grow by identifying and avoiding
employment-related issues before they become problems. He works with companies ranging from small entrepreneurial ventures to large
multinational corporations. In particular, he has provided counsel to and
conducted litigation in state and federal courts for a wide array of
businesses and has defended clients against investigations conducted by the
U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state human rights agencies
and the U.S. Attorneys' Office. Chris is also intimately familiar with the handmade beauty
industry since one of his "part-time" gigs is helping his wife,
