5. SITE SURFING -- SITES THAT PROPEL YOUR BUSINESS SKYWARD!!
Several sites on the 'Net purport to provide legal advice. This advice should be used with caution because the same
law does not necessarily apply in the same way to all situations. Even basic legal principles can differ dramatically
from state to state. But some sites contain pointers that can be helpful in a broad sense.
http://www.uslaw.com/library/article/bcoempcontractlist.html, for example, contains 16 for negotiatins an
employment contract. If you have employees or independent contractors such as soap wrappers and commissioned
sales reps, it's wise to put your agreement in writing to avoid potential disputes down the road. Again, this reference
does not provide everything you need, but it's a good place to start. Check it out and propel your business skyward!!
Have A Great Week!!
