2. Handmade Beauty Recipe Of The Week: Coconut Orange Dry Skin Butter

Coconut Orange Dry Skin Butter is designed exclusively for the driest of skins -- the way mine is in the winter. Lucky for me, a tummy doesn't have to look like the one pictured here in order to benefit! Any skin any where of any dry kind can use this butter. I especially like to use it on rough areas like elbows and heels. The scent is a wonderful combination of fresh coconuts and orange.

4. Beauty & The Business Trivia Question
: last week's winner was Susan Shewan of British Columbia, Canada. Susan won some fragrant incense in Monsoon Rose and Sandalwood Masala.

Last Week's Question: In 1965, as a Yale college student, I wrote a term paper outlining an idea for a new company. A lot of people ridiculed me but I was not deterred. The son of transportation moguls, my ideas, which were revolutionary at the time, are now commonplace. After serving in the Marine Corps for 4 years, I started my company in 1971. By 1973, my firm was so desperate for cash that I went to Las Vegas to play blackjack tables. I wired the $27,000 I won to my company. By the late 1970's, I was well on my way. Today, I am the company's Chairman, President and CEO and we have a whopping 92% share of my market and annual revenues top $26 billion. Who am I and what is the name of my company?

Last Week's Answer: Frederick W. Smith, founder of FedEx

This Week's Question: Hi, my name is Ray Kroc and I founded McDonald's Corporation. Though I am no longer here, what I did to revolutionize the way a hamburger is made and sold lives on and nearly everyone in the world has heard of me and my hamburgers. But while I sold hamburgers for a living, hamburgers were not my business -- nor are they the real business of McDonald's even today. The real business of McDonald's is something very different, and it earns our shareholders far more money than hamburgers. To win this week, state was McDonald's real business is and win a 1/2 hour Lifestyle CEO Consultation with dM!

Please read the contest rules here before submitting your entry. Put "TRIVIA CONTEST ANSWER" in the subject line or your answer will not be considered.

6. Lifestyle CEO™: I Have A (Someone Else's) Dream!

\Life.Style CEO\n.  A person who owns and manages a business, not solely for financial gain, but also to enjoy the personal rewards of entrepreneurship, independence, flexibility and fun.

~ You can never be happy living someone else's dream. Oprah Winfrey

Oprah got it right. You can become wealthy living someone else's dream. You can even become rich doing it. But chances are you'll never truly be happy unless you are living your own dream. Everyone has dreams. But let's face it -- proportionately few people actually ever do anything tangible to make their dreams come true. Instead they build on the number of dreams they have, and the elaborateness of each one, without ever turning those dreams into goals which can be executed and then attained. As a result, many people spend their lives not only living other people's dreams, but actually helping those people turn their dreams into reality. Meanwhile they get nothing in return except a pay check.

It's great to have dreams. Exciting dreams result from vivid imaginations, and without them, nothing extraordinary would ever happen in the world. But dreams without action are just imagery that no one but the dreamer can see. A dreamer will always have a job, but the person who acts on his dream will always be his boss. In other words, dreamers work for other people's dreams.

Where are you today? Have you been dreaming of a business that could help you make a living and enjoy life, all at the same time, yet you never seem to get anywhere? Well, stop now and think about your most treasured dreams with a renewed mind. Write them down and study them, and as you do, instead of saying, "I could never do that," say, "How can I do that?" or "'What steps can I take to make those dreams reality?" This simple exercise changes your way of thinking from negative to positive, from lackadaisical to proactive.

If you say you can't ever do something, chances are you won't ever do it. But if you seek ways to accomplish goals, opportunities you never fathomed will come your way. As you capitalize on those opportunities, you'll literally watch as your dreams become reality! Instead of "I can't," say "How can I?" Answer that question and then start acting. The realization of your dreams is closer than you think!

7. Handmade Beauty Product Review: Tuberose Bath Salts by Marley's Own

Tuberose Bath Salts by Marley's Own
8 ounces | $12.00

After a long day on my feet with our company bake sale, I really needed something to relax with so grabbed Marley's Own Tuberose Bath Salts, and thank goodness I did! It's a combination of Hawaiian sea salts and Epsom Salts and tuberose fragrance oil -- all of which were exactly what I needed after such a long day on my fee. The salts dissolved quickly in the bath water and left my skin feeling nice and soft and smelling really good

I had never smelled tuberose before so it was a unique first-time experience for me. Some people might consider the aroma too strong. It's a very heady and rich scent with lots of depth. It really makes a statement -- not for the faint at heart! Marley's Own has a line of products built around an island aroma theme, including body butters, soy candles and body oil.

Get your taste of the islands at Marley's Own!
