AROMALEIGH MAKES DONATION TO CANINE RESCUE LEAGUES

Animals who have been abused, left behind by their owners or abandoned have special emotional needs that can be helped with the warmth of human touch and affection.

In September of 1999, I rescued Nigel, an 8 month old Standard Poodle mix. Nigel had been living in an abandoned house with many other dogs since he was a puppy. He was skittish, and starved for attention (and food). Like velcro, Nigel never left my side, but would cower and urinate on himself if I moved too quickly or raised my voice. He would growl and crouch submissively at people on the sidewalk during walks.

Aromatherapy is an ideal holistic treatment for dogs such as this. The calming essential oils in Aromaleigh's Calm Down blend act by sedating the central nervous system and instilling a sense of peace, relieving stress and agitation.
