The Soap Fairy Offers Classes At Delaware Soap Plant

Scott
Blackson, CEO of The Soap Fairy, Inc., has announced the course schedule for
the winter season of 2001.
The
schedule begins on January 13, with a beginning soap making class to be held
at The Soap Fairy manufacturing plant, located in the Historic Lewes Ice
Plant at 110 New Road, in Lewes, DE.
The class will be from 10 to noon and will focus on making soap from
scratch in your own kitchen.
Also covered will be safety issues, natural colorants, fragrances,
plant essential oils, and materials needed.
Handouts will include suppliers, recipe, and other pertinent
information.
Tickets for the class can be purchased in advance by calling the
plant at (302) 645-4596.
The price for the class is $25.
Seating is limited, so advanced registration is required.
Blackson
also has scheduled beginning soap making classes at Delaware Technical
College in Wilmington, Delaware, on February 10, at The Herb Shop, in Lewes,
DE on February 15th, in Washington, DC at First Class, Inc. on
Saturday, March 3rd ,
in Boston at the Boston Learning Society on April 5th and
6th and in Providence at The Learning Connection on April 7th.
